Built Around the Property
Every property has different exposure, surfaces and priorities. The plan scope is built around the home rather than presented as unlimited or on-demand service. Approved plans may include defined touch-up time between quarterly services when specifically included.
Maintenance Expectations
Monthly billing makes the annual maintenance cost predictable while quarterly scheduling keeps the work planned. Full roof cleaning, specialty stain removal, full window cleaning, heavy furniture moving, multi-technician work and new large-scope projects are not automatically included unless written into the plan.
